What Information Do We Collect?
Personal Information You Provide to Us –

How Do We Use Your Information?
– A user may need to first complete a registration form in order to use the Site. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our Site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information about yourself, but it is not required.
– We may request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). Do We Collect Information From Children Under the Age of 13?
The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and Calla Slimspa Medical Weight Loss Center does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from such children. If we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
